How do you score such great deals?

I don’t see what I want on your site. Can you still get it for me?

The odds are in your favor. Please email us at deals@allingolfer.com with the item(s) you’re looking for. Please include all relevant information like hand, loft, flex, length, model, size, etc. There’s a good chance we can find what you’re looking for at the best price available.

Will you price match a competitor?

What!? You found a lower price? No problem! We do price match. Please visit our Store Policies page to find out how to do it.

How do you get around taxes and shipping?

The truth is we don’t. Sales tax and shipping costs still have to be paid, but we pay them for you. Yeah, we’re kind of cool like that. So pay it forward and make sure your friends know to shop with us first.

How do I return an item?

Please see our Store Policies page for this one. We’ve prepared a lot of info for you to make the process easy to understand.

I placed an order. How long will it take for me to receive it?

This depends on your location. Orders shipping within the lower 48 states should be received in 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses will take a little longer. International customers’ shipping time frames are completely determined by the customs process. Once an order enters customs, it’s out of our hands, but we all hope for the best. We will provide tracking for orders so you’re able to follow the package as it makes it way to you.

Are the products you sell under warranty?

Absolutely! All clubs or products have a 1 year manufacturer warranty unless we state differently in the product description. In the unlikely event you have a problem with your product, and that problem happened under normal use, please contact us at deals@allingolfer.com. We will work with you to have the product repaired or replaced with as little hassle as possible.

How do I know what you are selling is authentic merchandise? I don’t see your name as an “Authorized Dealer” of the product I’m purchasing.

First of all, we get it. We understand that you don’t want you’re well-earned dollars going to a crappy counterfeit. We don’t either. EVERYTHING we sell is guaranteed authentic. Please see our DOUBLE DOWN AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE on our Store Policies page for more info.

Second, we stand behind any product we sell, offering the same manufacturer warranties you’ll find at any “Authorized Dealer”. Counterfeit sellers won't mention warranties, let alone guarantee the authenticity of the products they sell. And finally, because of manufacturers’ pricing guidelines and advertising policies, we sometimes have to source our product in a less traditional way than an “Authorized Dealer”. Everything will have a serial number (if applicable) and be authentic merchandise. You just won’t have to pay the “Authorized Dealer” prices.
